► Teenage Pregnancy

I know this is a very sensitive topic but I just feel like voicing out my thoughts on this. So, I often see teenagers getting pregnant nowadays. Is it the new trend? I mean, do they think that it's cool to get pregnant at such a young age? What's sad is, most of them are Malays. I have questions, tons of questions regarding the process-of-making, easy to say, when you're having sex. My questions are,
  • do you ever think about what it'll be like if you're pregnant?
  • if you get pregnant, do you ever think about who's gonna support the child? when both the parents are not even matured yet.
  • aren't you scared since it's like, against the religion itself?
  • do you even spare a thought for your parents feelings?
  • and where they're gonna hide their faces?
Actually, I got tons but these are the main ones. I've asked those questions to Mom cause we were talking about this the other day. She simply say, "nafsu lagi kuat." How can I say anything right. I mean, when the nafsu is already in the picture, nothing can be done except recite some prayers. But, do you think the thought of sin, fear of God and prayers even passed their minds when they're 'horny'? Guess not. The more they proceed, the happier the 'nafsu'.

Anyway, besides all these, I respect female teens who decided to keep their child. Not only they made the right decision, they also show that they are strong enough to face the world. Also, for guys who takes responsibility and still stick with the girl till the end, you're the best. Its good that you spare a thought or two about your girlfriend and your soon-to-be-child. Not forgetting the single mothers, I respect them the most compared to the other two. I bet they have to go through piles and piles of shit. Kudos to those who are already living their normal life and for those of you who are facing it, I hope you can take it. I know its tough, but sticking it till the end will not only be the best for you, but also to the child. And if I were the child, I'm proud to have a strong and brave Momma! I have nothing but good wishes to all teenage moms and dads. I hope you guys have a good time raising the kid and always have happy times together! :D

*I wish I'm gonna have a wonderful family when I grow up.
